Terms of Service

Who we are
CartLobbies is an independent provider of gameplay assistance services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or developer. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
CartLobbies is a trading name of Cart Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17492959). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@cartlobbies.com.
These terms are the agreement between you and Cart Digital Ltd when you use this site or order from us. Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of them.
Who can order
You must be 18 or over to order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian if you are under 18. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian is responsible for your order and these terms.
Your account
You sign in with your Discord account. Keep it secure: anything ordered while you are signed in is treated as ordered by you. We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse of our staff, or payments that are reversed without good reason.
Placing an order
You choose a service, answer its questions, choose where your order emails go and how you will pay, and agree to these terms. Placing an order is your offer to buy. Our agreement starts when we confirm your payment: your order page shows Payment confirmed and we email you a receipt.
An order must be paid within 5 hours, or it expires. You can have up to 3 unpaid orders at a time, and you can cancel an unpaid order yourself from its page.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Any fee for the payment method you choose is shown at checkout, next to the method and in your total, before you place your order.
You pay the exact total with the method you chose (for PayPal, on PayPal's own page; we never see your card details) and upload proof of payment, and our staff check it before your order starts. If the amount you send is wrong, we will ask you for the difference or refund it.
Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed, we open a private ticket for your order in our Discord server, and our staff deliver it there. Most orders start within minutes. Some services take longer, or depend on times you give us, and staff will tell you in the ticket.
To receive your order, you need to be in our Discord server, reply in your ticket, and be available at the times you give us. If a service needs anything else from you, it is listed on the service before you buy.
Game logins
Some services need your game login. When one does, our staff ask for it in your private order ticket, and you enter it in the encrypted vault on your order page. Never share it in a chat, a direct message or an email: our staff never ask for it there. We use it only to deliver your order, and it is deleted 24 hours after your order is complete.
Third-party terms
Games and platforms have their own terms of service. Using any third-party service may carry consequences under those terms, and you are responsible for deciding whether to proceed. We cannot accept liability for action taken against your account by a publisher or platform.
Cancelling
UK law usually gives you 14 days to cancel a service bought online. When you place an order, you ask us to start it straight away and accept that you lose this right once your order is delivered. Before that, you can cancel: our Refund Policy says what you get back.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong with your order, contact us first. We can almost always fix it or refund you faster than a bank can. If you dispute a payment for an order we delivered, we will give your bank or payment provider our record of the order, including its ticket log, and we may close your account.
Our responsibility to you
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill, and as described on the site. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, and we do not limit our liability for anything the law does not allow us to, such as fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Otherwise, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses we could not have foreseen, for action a publisher or platform takes against your account, or for delays caused by events outside our control.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed an order applies to that order, and the date above shows when they last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own courts, and you keep any protection the law of the country you live in gives you.
