Is this really CartLobbies?

Paste the Discord ID of the account that contacted you and we'll tell you whether it's one of ours. An ID is the one thing an impersonator can't copy.

Turn on Developer Mode in Discord (User Settings, then Advanced; on a phone, Settings, then Advanced). Then right-click the account, or press and hold on a phone, and choose Copy User ID.

Our team

These are the only people who speak for CartLobbies. Compare the ID, not just the name.

Whatever anyone tells you

CartLobbies will never ask you for a password in a DM, a payment outside checkout on this website, or a file to run. Keep the messages rather than deleting them, so staff can look.

How CartLobbies contacts you

Inside the private ticket opened for your order in our official Discord server (discord.gg/cartsmarket). Never by a direct message first, and never by email asking for account details.

Where a login is asked for

Only for services that need it: staff ask in your private order ticket, with a link to the secure vault on your order page at cartlobbies.com. You enter it there, never in a chat or DM. It's deleted 24 hours after your order is complete.

Something already happened

If you already sent money, a password or a file, tell us now. Change the password from the game or platform's own website, not from a link you were sent.
