Do I need an account to buy?
Yes, you sign in with Discord. Every order is delivered in a private Discord ticket we open for you, so we need your Discord account to open it. If you already have Discord, there's nothing new to make.
How long does delivery take?
Each service page shows its own estimate. Services that need you there, like bot lobbies, are scheduled with you in your ticket.
How do I pay?
Choose a method at checkout: PayPal (card or PayPal account), Zelle, Apple Pay (US), Wise, Skrill, bank transfer (EU), Rewarble gift cards, or crypto (USDC, USDT, Bitcoin, Litecoin). The checkout shows exactly where to send it and any fee.
Do you need my account login?
Only for services that genuinely need it. When one does, staff ask in your private order ticket, and you enter it in the encrypted vault on your order page, never in a chat or DM. It's deleted 24 hours after your order is complete.
How do I know I'm talking to real staff?
Check their Discord ID on Verify CartLobbies staff. Names and screenshots can be faked; IDs can't. Real staff only help you inside your order ticket and never DM you first.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, under our Refund Policy. In short: if we can't deliver, or you cancel before we start, you get your money back. Ask in your ticket.
